Starting Next Week…November Joy
Kids piling in the car, already fired up and in a mood, everyone hungry and a little bit snarky. Traffic is slow, home did not clean itself while I was away. They are still crabby and I might be too. Life can so ruin my good mood.
God keeps asking me to answer this question: Is My joy your strength?
The Lord keeps putting this word JOY in front of me. And it’s coming at me from every angle. From the blogs I’m reading, the Bible study I’m doing, the messages I’ve been working on…Anyone else have those times when you get those persistent and consistent messages you can’t help but stop and notice?
Beginning next Thursday, we will take the month of November and the days leading into Thanksgiving and peer into this word… JOY.
With so much happening in our world, so much happening in our communities, in our families, in ourselves, where is the JOY? How could Nehemiah 8:10 be true?
I hope you will join us. Invite others. Take the month of November to search out, to seek, pursue and find ~ JOY.
